A reward of $100,000 (One Hundred Thousand Dollars) is offered for credible information leading to the arrest and conviction of the following individuals accused of corruption, conspiracy, and criminal misconduct:

  • Sheriff Carmine Marceno (Lee County, Florida)
  • Costa Rica American Ambassador Cynthia A. Telles
  • Francisco Eiter Cruz Marchena, President of the Costa Rica College of Attorneys

These individuals, along with co-conspirators Richard Seaton, Carly Huba, and James Huba, stand accused of orchestrating and participating in:

  • Defamation, hate crimes, and false arrests.
  • Conspiracy to commit assault, robbery, and murder targeting United States investors.
  • Organized corruption schemes involving public officials in Florida and Costa Rica.
  • Financial exploitation, extortion, and abuse of public trust, as evidenced by documented records in both Florida and Costa Rica.

Allegations Overview:

  1. Sheriff Carmine Marceno (Lee County, Florida):
    Sheriff Marceno is accused of engaging in racketeering, falsifying charges, and using his office to target Lee County residents and United States investors. Documented evidence suggests conspiracy to rob individuals of real estate properties and business assets through coordinated illegal actions.

  2. Ambassador Cynthia A. Telles (Costa Rica):
    Ambassador Telles is alleged to have obstructed justice and participated in a cover-up of human rights violations. She is implicated in discriminatory hate crimes and failure to address death threats and fraudulent legal actions, with documented evidence linking her to a broader conspiracy targeting United States investors.

  3. Francisco Eiter Cruz Marchena (President, Costa Rica College of Attorneys):

  4. Co-Conspirators (Richard Seaton, Carly Huba, and James Huba):
